Before you enter the online store and browse our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions which apply specifically to the use of the ZAKCRET SA online store,at www.zakcret.gr.

5. Difference between value and price in the branches and online store(e-Shop offers)

The pricing of the products in District75 is the same in all our distribution channels: Retail stores, online store. However, in selected products we created the so-called «eShop offers», where the price in the online store differs from other distribution channels and is valid only for purchases through this online store and send to your place.

6. Order / Product Delivery / Shipping Costs

Transport costs are the same for the mission in any part of Greece and is as follows:

For orders less than 60,00 € The shipping costs are 2,90 € (the above prices included VAT).

7.  Non Completed Order

The District75 company would like to apologize for rare cases will not be able to complete an order, the reasons may be as follows :

The automatic update product availability has not updated for technical reasons the existing availability, since it is an automated process connected online with nine stores.

If there would be simultaneous sales in specific product and specific color or size in one of the stores  the availability may not be able to serve simultaneous orders.

If you do not confirm the details of the client and there is no response to communication effort then the order is automatically canceled.

However in these rare cases, we ask for your understanding and our professional staff will try to serve you with the best way.

8. Late order

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product you ordered is not available: Among the 20.000 products displayed in our online store there is the rare case been sold out and our online system  have not had time to automatically update on availability. In this case one of our staff will contact you to give you all the alternatives or cancel the order without any financial charges for the consumer.

In times of extreme weather events or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which could affect the transport and delivery of your order. Same goes for Sales period.

If it is impossible to contact with you with telephone or e-mail (if a problem occurs on your order, or with the product or in relation with the payment ) ex. the information you entered is not properly updated.

9. Returns - New Products

You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement and the nature of clothing and footwear is such that sometimes may not meet your expectations due to non-physical presence in the store.

Returns / Non-Defective Products

In our believes is that the online store should not be different than a physical store in ZAKCRET SPORTS chain, so the return can be to change the size, the color or for any reason, for example because you are not happy with your product, it is possible refund within 15 working days of receipt.

If the refund is made within 15 working days then ZAKCRET SA cannot accept any return for replacement or cancel the transaction.

We emphasize that the date delivered the product is indicated by the courier on receipt, to control the time limit prescribed.

In each case the returned products must be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and with the packaging that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition, along with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. ITT, Ap Retail, Waybill etc.).

In case of resizing, design, color of clothes, shoes, accessories due to wrong assessment of the client, our client sends back the goods with GENIKI TAHIDROMIKI and billing District75 and ship new merchandise for FREE. In case of refund the charge is 5.00 €.

Briefly the return and replacement of a product is feasible under the following conditions:

                    the return take place within 15 working days from receipt

                    the product is not being used

                    the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents to prove the transaction (e.g. ITT, Ap Retail, Waybill etc.)

If the product does not meet the above requirements will be returned to the sender.

Return/ Defective Products

In cases where a demonstrable fault District75 sold defective products and poor quality or error in taking the order, the pricing, the shipping, damaged during shipping, poor packaging, etc. then assume full responsibility for replacement costs of the return (we deposit the equivalent costs in the bank account which would indicate), as well as forwarding expenses.

The repayment terms remain the same as those mentioned above ..

Stock Clearance

Stock clearance ( last items ) offers refer to all sport & casual brands’ shoes and clothes. They are valid until items go out of stock and only for orders from the online store. All orders are queued.
