Return Policy
You can return or exchange your order (in whole or in part) within 30 days of the receipt date.
To complete the process:
- Fill out the Product Exchange/Return Form, found on the back of the Retail Sales Receipt or the Invoice Delivery Note.
- Ensure the product is in its original condition, without damage or removal of special tags, and return it in its original packaging.
- Choose one of the following return options:
1. Geniki Taxydromiki (recipient pays – ZAKCRET AE).
2. BOX NOW (return via locker with an easy process).
3. Return to one of 250+ points of Geniki Taxydromiki.
4. Exchange to one of our stores, Monday to Saturday, business hours.
Within Greece
First exchange: Free of charge.
Refund: If there is no fault on the part of ZAKCRET AE, €2.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount for transportation costs.
Subsequent exchanges (same order): €2.99 per shipment.
Outside Greece
Returns must be made with a courier of your choice at your own expense.
For a return to be accepted:
- It must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be accompanied by all necessary documents (e.g., Retail Receipt, Delivery Note).
- Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear (bottoms), and socks cannot be returned.
Refunds are completed within 15 days from the date the returned products are received.
Yes, you can make exchanges or returns at any of our physical stores free of charge.
Refunds for online purchases are processed exclusively online.
6. What happens in the case of a defective product?
1. What are the reasons for a product to be considered defective?
A product is considered defective when:
- It has a manufacturing defect (e.g., seams, zippers, materials).
- It was damaged during transport.
- There is an error in the order (e.g., wrong size, color).
- It was incorrectly or inadequately packaged.
2. What does the return policy for defective products cover?
In the case of a defective product with proven fault by ZAKCRET AE:
- The product is replaced at no extra cost.
- Return and reshipping costs are fully covered by ZAKCRET AE.
- Refund: If you do not wish for a replacement, the full amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded.
3. How can I report a product as defective?
To report a product as defective, follow these steps:
1. Contact us at 218 218 2000 or send an email to [email protected], describing the issue.
2. Include photos proving the defect.
3. Once we confirm the issue, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
4. How long does it take to resolve an issue with a defective product?
Once we receive the product, the evaluation and resolution process is completed within a few business days.
In the case of a refund, the process is completed within 15 days of receiving the product.
5. Are there any products excluded from the defective product policy?
For hygiene reasons, defective products such as underwear, swimwear (bottoms), and socks can only be returned if the defect is due to manufacturing issues and not due to wear and tear.
6. Returning defective products via BOX NOW
If you use BOX NOW to return a defective product:
- The process remains free of charge.
- You can declare the return through the dedicated system and place the product in any available BOX NOW locker.
